Fashion Week 2014 had an abundance of Wild & Crazy shoes. Here is a minuscule sampling of them! Some shoes were drop dead gorgeous, the kind I have to have or I will die! Some were really outrageous to look at but I’m not sure they would make it into my coveted shoe closet. Others were a very weird mix of some very creative design ideas. Ideas that I couldn’t imagine looking down and seeing on my feet! But never say never!
Below is a sample of my must haves (in a perfect world, anyway!)
The following are shoes I couldn’t take my eyes off of, very interesting. They are works of art in the form of shoes. See what you think. Would you wear any of these? and where would you wear them?
Pretty much, no matter what, I can not see these shoes on my feet. How about you? Would you wear them? If you said yes then where would you wear them? Go on now, share with me 😉
Now you know my opinions, I really wanna know yours. Do you have a favorite, did you get a good laugh at any pair of these shoes right off the runway from fashion week?Share which ones! Love them or hate them, you won’t be able to take your eyes off of them, after all they made it to the runway during Fashion Week 2014!
Looking to the future, I will be interviewing Pamela Quinzi, the Cinderella of New York. If you aren’t aware of her work you should be!! Below is a sample of her incredible one of a kind shoes!
I was looking at your blog late last night but was too tired to type a comment so planned to this morning. Low and behold you found me first! lol. I had quite a funky shoe collection back in the 70’s so I guess if I was that young again, I’d probably wear one or two of these. These are some seriously funky looking designs. Where do people where these today? We had disco’s then but I wore mine just “out” with some cool outfits. I can’t wear heels anymore but if I could…I’d pick the Roland Mouret and Mod ankle straps. Classy! Great post!
